CFI STUDENT EARNS ROGERS SCHOLARSHIP

Sydney King, sophomore Biomedical Science student at the CFI, has earned the Rogers Scholarship award.  The Rogers Scholars Program currently offers exclusive college scholarship opportunities to graduates of the program. In order to be eligible to receive scholarship offers, graduates must fulfill the community service requirement of the program within one year of their program completion date.  Sydney plans to utilize her scholarship award to attend Eastern Kentucky University.

Mrs. Misty Allen, instructor of biomedical science, remarked about the work ethic that Sydney brings to the classroom and laboratory.  “Sydney is an outstanding student who demonstrates her positive attitude for learning every day,” said Mr. Jackie Robinson, instructor of mathematics.  We are so very pleased to learn of this wonderful scholarship award for Sydney added Dr. James M. Davis, CFI Principal.
