Congratulations to Kimber Banks, Brianna Bush, Adrianna D'Angelo, Olivia Martin, Sarah Messer, Khloe Robinson, and Taisley Woods for making the Cheer Squad.

Colony basketball teams and cheerleaders are selling candy bars to raise funds for warm up  suits, shoes, etc.  The candy bars are $1 each and can be purchased at school. If you would like to buy an entire box to sell, boxes are $60 and can be purchased in the office.  Our teams receive 50% profit on sales so please help if you can.  We appreciate your support!

September 20th High Attendance Day!

Attendance HERO

Thursday, September 20th, has been designated state-wide as “High Attendance Day” for Kentucky schools.  This day highlights the importance of regular school attendance and the correlation between attendance and student performance.  Students who attend class regularly are more likely to keep up with their daily lessons, assignments, and academic achievement.

Awards will be distributed statewide based on each individual school’s attendance percentage.  The school in each category (elementary, middle and high) with highest percentage attendance for that day will be awarded $500!

Let’s strive for 100% attendance on Thursday, September 20th and everyday!
