Restroom Requests

Students are permitted to go to the restroom as needed.  All a student needs to do if he or she needs to use the restroom is quietly get up and bring me their folder.  Once they hand me the folder, I know that they are asking permission to go to the restroom.  Students then take the pass from the back of the door, quickly and quietly go to the restroom, return to class, and continue working.

If students follow the correct procedure for restroom requests, it will be much less disruptive to the learning environment.  There is no need for a student to raise their hand to ask permission.  Students should look to see if the pass is on the door, quietly get up and bring me their folder, and go to the restroom as quickly as possible.
