A little about me:

I grew up in this community and have lived here most of my life.  I have three children which have all attended school at Keavy.  This is the school where my grandmother worked for 36 years and my father attended throughout his elementary/middle school years.  I began working in this school right out of high school and continued until going back to college to pursue a teaching degree.  Upon completing my degree, I began teaching here at Keavy Elementary.  I have been teaching here for the last 18 years. Because of the attachment I have to this community I hope to see each of these students excel!

I look forward to watching each of your children grow throughout the year.  I am excited to work with each of you this year!  We are going to have a great year this will be the foundation for a lifetime of learning.
