CFI STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Each program of study at the CFI will provide students with enrichment activities that help students to apply knowledge, to develop skills, and to increase their ability to compete in the world of work. Workplace principles such as teamwork, diversity, integrity, communication, responsibility, ethics, critical thinking, and leadership are embedded into each program.
Students will be provided enrichment activities to include field trips, special guest presentations, guest lectures, skills competitions, and practicum experiences which are designed to enhance learning for students.
The Center for Innovation (CFI) has chartered two national organizations to assist in providing students with additional learning opportunities that cultivate leadership development.
The Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) will provide enrichment activities for students in the BMS and AHS programs of study. Students may become eligible for regional, state, and national competitions.
The SkillsUSA will provide enrichment activities for students in the IMT and ENG programs of study. Students may become eligible for regional, state, and national competitions.
