NTI DAY- Monday, February 2, 2026 Laurel County Public Schools will have an NTI Day on Monday, February 2, 2026. Students will stay home and access their classes and assignments remotely via Google Classroom. A reminder that our schools have a designated hotspot area for students with limited WiFi access. Students will have the opportunity to make up missed assignments upon return to in-person instruction.

COLONY AREA - ABBUHL ROAD
Students that live on Abbuhl Road will be switching from bus 2002 to bus 2305 effective tomorrow morning, Friday Jan 16th. Students should be out and ready to board the bus at 7:15 am.

BUS SCHEDULE CHANGE - COLONY BUS 2002 - PM - Beginning Monday afternoon 10/27, 2002 will be running on a normal schedule for the afternoon. Please make sure that you are ready to receive your child/children anytime after 3:30 pm. This will be a permanent change.

BUS SCHEDULE CHANGE - AUGUST 18, MONDAY AM AND PM - COLONY AREA - 2305 willl be absent AM and PM. We will be doubling 2305 on a second run. This route will be very late and off schedule morning and afternoon. Elementary students on 2305 will be left at Colony to be picked up later on a second run in the afternoon. Parents, our school supply lists are out! We know that some families in our community have been hit hard recently, especially by the tornado, and others might be going through a tough time. Please know that we are here to help. If you’re struggling to get school supplies, don’t hesitate to reach out to our Family Resource Center (FRC). They can provide support confidentiality.
