Student and staff safety is Laurel County Public Schools' top priority. Our unwavering gratitude and prayers for all law enforcement agencies and emergency response teams continue. Currently, all individual school leadership teams are working to finalize plans for a possible move to virtual instruction (Nontraditional Instruction – NTI), and we continue our hope for a quick return to in-person instruction as soon as deemed safe to do so. An announcement regarding school for Thursday, September 12, will be made later today. Please utilize our webpage or Facebook page for continuing updates.
