We would like to congratulate Jeff Jones for receiving the Spirit of Excellence Award for the month of May 2026. Jeff is an outstanding team member who consistenlty demonstrates a true spirit of excellence in his work. His commitment and contributions to the department and specifically Bush Elementary bus ramp make a positive difference daily. He approaches each task with professionalism, determination and a positive attitude. His willingness to go above and beyond not only sets him apart but elevates the entire team. His dedication and hard work don't go unnoticed. Jeff has driven for Laurel County since 2018 and will be retiring this year.
